Afther analyzing the options, I take the number one, because I think is the most easy and functional. Every company have a lot of courses in diferent things, but not many companies are very concerned for the safety of its employees. Maybe this be more expensive but it is more important than continue to suffer accidents.

I think that the best option is the 2nd Stanford, Traynor & Weldon Associates because can bring consultants to every subsidiary for all employees, is a little expensive but worth it because the results will see inmediately.
