  1. The advantages of working with an organization where there is nothing more subordinates and there is only one level where everyone has the same power are:
decrease in costs because many do not pay wages
all workers earn the same profits they are at a level equal
is easier to keep track and order for there to give instructions to many workers
    is easier to reach agreement
and disadvantages of working with this type of organization is that at times the work becomes heavy as few workers with whom the company has and is sometimes necessary to hire other companies to do the work that we can not do .
the advantages we have to work with a oranigrama where if we subordinate departments and there is more we can share the work and return throughout the cycle faster.
disadvantages that will generate more costs for the company as having more workers means investing more in wages in addition to having certain problems with organizacon moment it is more difficult to have control of all workers.
For our company would use the organization where we have a single level and there are no subordinates as the project is for a short time and thus created quickly and not have to invest so much and salaries as this would mean decrease in earnings.
